The rapidly growing Hispanic population requires leaders capable of bringing about positive changes on their behalf. Latinos already are a critical piece of the state's economy and will soon become a political powerhouse. Creating pertinent alliances, coalitions, and partnerships with organizations, institutions, and the government become fundamental in this process.

Voices Without Borders aspires to be that dot-connector and the creator of spaces of exchange and dialogue where Latinos are brought to the socio-economic and political forefront of the state. Similarly, we understand that a unified Hispanic agenda will help in addressing and bringing pertinent solutions to issues affecting Latinos at this time.

Voices Without Borders' credibility comes from its base, the Hispanic community in Delaware. We are, and will be, an advocacy organization that primarily seeks to provide a voice to those without one, and to do that, the empowerment of the Hispanic community is necessary. We believe that everybody has leadership potential as long as each one of us finds our inner calling and acts accordingly. Leadership from that perspective is consequence of a well-chosen path where serving others always comes first.
